Order cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge within 1 hour of placing it, from your account order page. Once this window has passed, your order enters fulfilment and can no longer be cancelled.
Returns
We do not offer a general return window. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
Defective or damaged products
If your product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, it is covered under our 1-year warranty. See mivi.in/help/warranty for what's covered and how to file a claim.
