Every MIVI product comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Here's what's covered and how to claim.

1-year manufacturer's warranty

Every MIVI product is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.

• Manufacturing defects

• Speaker/driver failure under normal use

• Charging port defects

• Battery failure (capacity drops below 70% within the warranty period)

• Physical damage (drops, cracks, bent connectors)

• Water damage beyond the product's IPX rating

• Damage from unauthorised repair or modification

• Normal wear and tear (ear tip wear, cable scuffing)

1. Email warranty@mivi.in with your Order ID, a description of the issue, and a short video showing the defect.

2. Our team will review within 2 business days.

3. If the claim is approved, we will arrange free pickup and repair or replacement.

You can purchase extended warranty coverage via GoKwik at checkout. Extended warranty covers an additional 1 year beyond the standard period.
